Collection

This collection features images of abstract scenes and details that have captured my attention. I often find myself gazing at these mini landscapes longer than most people would, but we should all take the time to slow down more often. I discover a sense of wonder in simply observing things—such as the intricate patterns of frost that invite closer examination, the struggle of a tree to absorb nutrients and firmly anchor itself in the earth, and how a forceful Nor’easter wind can shape beautiful drifts in the snow. Additionally, I notice how rusting metal can symbolize destruction while also possessing its own unique beauty.
